"From the smile and exuberant welcome from the staff, to the beautiful boutique vibe, I could not have been more pleased . The location was wonderful too with close proximity to some nice avenues and the metro. Breakfast was fantastic and they had tea, baked goods, fruits and snacks available all day. I had stayed in another part of town for a few days in a larger hotel; I loved this one so much more. Wonderful staff, wonderful hotel…I hope to be welcomed back one day!"

"Beautiful, historic hotel, right on Rue de Rivoli! The location is perfect for walking to major sites. The hotel is elegant, warm, cozy. You are welcomed with a glass of ice-cold champagne. Staff is gracious & welcoming. We especially enjoyed our interactions with Ragan at the front desk & Jean Luc and Christoff from the breakfast room. We had a suite on the fifth floor (room 515) that was spacious & comfortable. The suite has steep stairs from the entrance up to the bedroom. If you have limited mobility, I'd recommend asking for a room with no stairs. The breakfast room is small but quaint & lovely. Breakfast had everything we needed. It was good & we were satisfied with the choices. There is complimentary tea after afternoon in the lobby from 2-6 PM. The hotel is small but has everything you need. I was disappointed by one thing. One day as we were exiting the hotel, a gentleman fell & broke his leg on the sidewalk in front of the hotel. We did not know him but were trying to help him. I asked the front desk staff for help in calling an ambulance. They said they were not able to help me & that I had to call myself. I did not know the number & do not speak fluent French. A good Samaritan helped us & the gentleman was able to get help. I truly feel the front desk staff should have been more helpful. It was very disappointing. Other than that, we had a great stay * would recommend this hotel. "

"Very happy with our stay 4 night stay at this quint boutique hotel. From check in to check out we had a wonderful stay. Sonya at reception is the most welcoming and helpful receptionist I have ever meet. She toured our room, showed us where everything was and was there to assist in anyway reasonablely possible and made some excellent local restaurant recommendations. We had room 613, below street level, view of a small garden court. At first I was put off but soon realized the silence was worth the street view. The bed was very comfortable and room was spacious and well appointed. A little heads up, filtered water is complementary but you will want to refill your water yourself at the bar. Nico there, was alwas happy to serve, providing fresh filtered water and extra coffee for our room. The location of this hotel for tourist is fantastic. A short walk to the Louvre and Notra Dame and bus and subway stops are quick and short. We love the convenience of Paris public transportation system. A great place to stay and we highly recommend it."
