Underground parking is quite hard to find, i had to ask policeman there. Please dont use touchNgo upon entering parking (if your stay come with free parking), just take parking ticket. Aircond in room isnt live up to my expectation. Warmer, and min temperature only 19 degree celcius.

The rooms and the surrounding areas are tidy. Also, the staff are friendly and always ready to help.

Free upgrade to Citadines Apartment Hotel due to FOX Lite Hotel is under renovation. Everything is good. Except bathroom is a bit smelly. Suspected coming from the drainage pipe. Out of 3 lifts, only one is working. Hopefully management can improve on this lifts issue.

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Really good hotel, facilities and amenities. Staff and service were fantastic - treated like royalty the whole time. First class.

Excellent features, lovely hotel, amazing staff, great value!

If you’re flying and need to stay near the airport, then I think it’s ideal. Clear, relaxing near shops and restaurants.

Great location, close to the MRT and LRT lines and the Petronas Towers. Located in a shopping mall this allows easy access to shopping under one roof. Fantastic for a weekend break in this amazing city.

Good location. Executive club staff & facilities recommended. Pool area excellent. Only downside is that contractors have left floors and windows in a poor state. Nasty dirty streaks on most windows and adhesive stains on tile floors makes floors look as if they are ready for a refurb. not just 6 months old. Such a shame as this is not the fault of Four Seasons.

3 night stay before our trip to Thailand. Very impressive hotel so we are booking for our return 4 nights before travelling back to uk. Staff are so welcoming and friendly, rooms great and breakfast was amazing

Great space. Convenient location. Good range of facilities.

Lovely biz hotel and upkeep is excellent even after all these years.

Staff very attentive 👏

The hotel is attached to a shopping mall which has plenty of shops, choice of restaurants, a grocery/supermarket, foreign exchange and parking facilities. Staff were fantastic, respectful, helpful and very kind. Customer Service Manager Vivien was very helpful, as were all other staff. Best location to stay as only 20 minutes from central Kuala Lumpur and easy reach to other points of interest. Grab Taxi's are also very cheap to use from this point. Cannot fault the hotel at all and will be...

Very good hotel in the heart of the city.
