"The room is clean and the hotel is in good location where shopping, eating are easily accessible. The toiletries amenities in the room could be better with body lotion and facial cotton."

"Our favourite hotel stay to date, excellent staff especially Brian who checked us in and gave us many lovely recommendations. Rooms were beautifully decorated and newly renovated. Personally enjoyed this hotel more than Grand Hyatt KL which was also one of my favourite stays. Pool was small but lovely and clean with a view of the twin towers. Location was very good, around 14mins walk to KLCC with covered sidewalks most of the way. Would stay here again next time I am in KL!"

"Parking is convenient as 3pm today till next day 3pm cost at flat rate RM10 upon inform front desk counter about your CarPlate number during check out. Room: aircon is cold enough, hot water bath is comfortable with consistent water temperature and water supply pressure. Room City view is good inside hotel room facing direction Negative: internal light design is not bright enough, dim lighting design. Infinity pool at level 37 good view to take pictures and swimming but KLCC is like 80% blocked in view. There are 5 lifts in lobby and peak hour wait time is long to have patience to wait for lift. Location is walking distance to nearby malls like Pavilion Elite & Pavilion mall but there is not covered shelter as far as I walked. Negative part is room sound proof is not that good as we can hear someone speaking in front of room door."
