"We had a very nice stay at this hotel. There were some mixed experiences as we did not like the set dinner menu and the breakfast but were blown away by the lunch. We would recommend to not play music at the pool and change the black and white plastic cups to at least seethrough plastic glasses which would better fit the rest of the hotel experience."

"I am a solo female traveller. Zanzibar House is an excellent property in so many ways. The staff are friendly and helpful. The grounds are a delight to be in, with lots of comfortable places to sit and read or contemplate the beauty of the area. I did not use the pool and I am sure it would be lovely. At night time I had an evening meal which was tasty and they accommodated my dietary requirements very well. I am gluten intolerant. I recommend this hotel if you like quiet and beauty filled...

The staff proved to be exceptionally friendly and helpful, offering advice on places to visit and assisting with taxi arrangements. Breakfast includes fruits, eggs, and coffee. "The staff tried to scam us for breakfast. The receptionist that checked us in was nice and friendly. The men that cleaned did a good job, but be aware of other staff, as they will mock you and speak badly of you right in front of your face, very disrespectful. Impossible to find space at the pool, it’s also very loud and chaotic at all times. The food was mostly old would not recommend to stay here. "
