"pool was nice, but first they don't want to give a hairdryer. The cabaret was very dirty. The room are big. First look was verry nice but not clean and for a 4* hotel to put the blanket by my self on and off and to clean the room and to carry the rubbisch by self out. This is not a 4 Star hotel!!! The Pillow and blanket was full of yellow ugly spots. if you dont do it its cost extra 150 Euros. The Babybed was not ready. She did not bring it up or give me a hand to help. "This hotel needs refurbishing. There were places where panels had come off the wall, lights no lights longer came on in corridors, wooden frames around sinks and mirrors were cracked and broken BUT this was one of the cleanest hotel rooms abathrooms"

"Tout était parfait : La vue sur les montagnes depuis le chalet, la terrasse pour un déjeuner au soleil, la navette qui nous emmène en quelques minutes au pied des pistes de Gourette. L’ambiance cosy du chalet avec tout le nécessaire pour un très agréable séjour. Et de quoi se dépanner avec des bocaux ou autres produits , et un restaurant sur place. "
