"We couldn’t choose a better hotel, perfect location, wonderful staff, close to everything, restaurants , bus and train station and close to market to. Immaculate clean and a very complete breakfast buffet. The room with river views incredible beautiful and spacious, you can’t beat that view and sleep with the sound of the river. The town is picturesque too. Internet, WiFi is Starlink, so very fast! "

"Overall the property was great and I would definitely stay here again when I return to Machu Picchu. I was really happy with this hotel. The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Not many amenities provided but this is understandable being we are in the mountains. Staff was very nice and helpful. The front desk was not staffed the hours I walked by, but the restaurant staff could handle double duty if needed. They did meet me at the train station and escort me to the hotel. Which we above and beyond. As for the surroundings. There were plenty of restaurants and bars near by, lots of shopping and scenic tours you can do. This was a great hotel, I do recommend! "
