"Dirtiest hotel I've ever seen. There are stains everywhere in the carpet and furniture. A light was hanging down by it's own wire. The room had mosquitos, which is fine as a I know it's mosquito season in Jeddah now, but I asked housekeeping to come spray the room, and they didn't. I called a second time and they said they'd come and they still didn't show up. When we arrived at 7pm one of our three rooms wasn't ready. On top of all of that, housekeeping entered both my room and my mothers room, even though we both had the Do Not Disturb sign on. Don't stay here."

"I rented the room which is cheaper than the others on the same area, the room are spacious, clean and quiet, the location In my opinion is the best in Jeddah, It is near the Corniche and also to some of the biggest malls, there are fastfoods like Kudu nearby and you can have many choices along the Falasteen St., which is close to the hotel. I found my stay in the hotel comfortable and all the staff are helpful and friendly. "

On check-in day, we were left waiting a long time with my kids while the staff claimed no payment was made. Even after I sent proof via WhatsApp, I received no response for a while, then was told the payment was “not complete.” I had to call Expedia to resolve the issue. Because of this experience, I will never return to Mbaat or recommend them to family and friends."
