"I absolutely loved my stay here. The hotel has such a beautiful, charming, and unique atmosphere, and I fell in love with the decoration and all the little details. The food was also absolutely amazing, everything I tried was delicious. But what truly made this place special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring. They made me feel so comfortable and well taken care of throughout my entire stay. Honestly, one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I left with such a lovely feeling and would come back in a heartbeat. I can’t recommend this place enough!"

"The Grand Kadri did not disappoint! The grounds were beautiful and very well maintained. Our room was exactly as pictured online. Our room was very clean and cleaned daily. The air conditioning operated perfectly and was an absolute necessity if traveling to Zahlé in August. We will stay here visit after visit when traveling from the United States to visit family. The staff from check in to check out and everywhere in between was very accommodating, friendly, and most helpful! Thank you Grand Kadri our week long stay was perfect!"

"We stayed at the Madison Hotel for over 3 weeks we found the staff to be excellent and so caring and accommodating. The air conditioning was great during our stay so important as the weather was very hot during in July and August. Hotel was close to so many resturants, grocery stores, coffee shops and beaches. Diffently will come back and stay again."

"Location is perfect, staff are very nice and professional, the pool could be a bit better maintained, the breakfast variety was good enough, the room was advertised to have a bathtub but it didn't, however we didn't find this as a major issue. Overall a great place and worth the money spent"
