"Cute and artsy, sheik hotel with fun decor. Big hit is the carpeted basketball court in middle of hotel with pillow basketballs. Hoops are standard 10 ft. Boys really enjoyed it! Latte coffee was decent in the restaurant. No laundry (we were baseball players so bummed about that stinky laundry had to be reworn LOL) and no ice machines but you could get ice at front desk. "I really enjoyed the hotel. Everything was nice and clean. Staff was great. Only thing I found uncomfortable, which was not the hotels fault, but the amount of panhandlers was crazy. I couldn't walk outside without someone asking for money or a cigarette.
The breakfast was wonderful. I didn't catch the evening shift managers name but she was super nice. I went to get drinks and didn't realize I had to have a card, I took cash and she told me not to worry about it it was on the house. She...
"What makes this hotel so special is the staff. From the moment you enter the door Jerry greets you and treats you as though you have entered a five star resort. I did encounter some problems with noise and he took care of the it immediately and professionally. I also ordered room service and it was delivered quickly and the food was very good. The staff here is amazing. But again, I must say Jerry is one of the best I’ve ever meet in this business!"
