"We had pets and the front desk was not very helpful with where to take them outside. And all of the grass around the property has been treated with chemicals so not ideal for dogs. The main reason for the bad review is I booked and cancelled and they rebooked the same reservation (we had a doc appt and the timing changed and they changed back) and even though it was within 24 hours, mgmt did not agree to a refund so we had to pay twice for the room. "I was told the pet fee was $25 when I called but when we got there it was $57.
