Great appartment , clean and modern

Nice clean and modern facility with all the mod cons yiu need. The area is a little bit dodgy with a few characters hanging around the area. I was fine with that, but others may be a bit unsettled and feel unsafe.

Nice central location, beds VERY comfortable.

A nice central location so a bit loud from the street and other guests. Parking was 20$ at a lot about 5 minutes away on foot. Recently renovated with a nice little porch accessed from a back door. Beds (including the sofa bed) were incredibly comfortable plus a fully equipped kitchen. No breakfast.

The apartment hotel had a great layout. We bed 2 bedrooms on the mainfloor and a bathroom, the upstairs had a lovely living room area and kitchenette and a full bathroom. The layout worked perfectly for us. It was about 25 minutes walking distance from the old town Quebec City, but the area nearby had good resaraunts and a few neat bars within 5 minutes walk. There is overnight parking at a parkade nearby, otherwise it was difficult to find parking, but all nearby areas and old town all had limited parking so parkades seem to be the best option.

Wonderful place at a very central location. More spacious than expected and wish we had more time and less kid responsibilities to explore the neighborhood more, especially the adjacent restaurant. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was super clean. Instructions were very clear for check-in, check-out and parking. The bed and sofa-bed were very comfortable. We had a great stay! The building is not very soundproof. You might hear some noise from the street outside at night.

This was an excellent place to stay for our short visit to Quebec City. The apartment manager provided us with all the relevant information, and the place was very clean. The back deck was a lovely surprise. Everything we needed was within walking distance including delicious bakeries and restaurants! We were glad to have a parking spot a short distance away because street parking was quite busy.

Great place in Quebec City

My husband and I spent three days in this lovely apartment with my two grandsons. The boys are 10 and 12 and really enjoyed having a separate bedroom with bunk beds as opposed to staying in a hotel. Beds were very comfortable, location was great and appliances were brand new. Street noise was a little annoying but after the first night we didn’t even notice them. Loved the outside terrace. Would definitely recommend it.

This apartment was so lovely! Perfect & comfortable for two people. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. We didn't mind the reviews about loud noise, but there is a bar across the street that has people every night of the week. It didn't bother us, but if you can't fall asleep to people yelling outside your window then i wouldn't recommend. The parking situation wasn't terrible, but it is a few blocks away from the room. The walk was nice.

This is a lovely, modern, super clean well appointed apartment with a fully equipped kitchen with all amenities you could need for your stay. But be aware of a few things, there is NO on site parking even though the expedia ad says it does (I've reported it), and the parking lot is blocks away. Street parking is challenging to find and limited. The bar across the street Vox is very popular and noisy, with last call in Quebec being 3AM. The street side patio closes at 11, but people still are outside the bar talking/smoking etc until and even after the bar closes with those sounds interrupting any sleep before 3:30AM or so ... Unless your a sound sleeper might as well stay out late :) Can't beat em, join em ... There are a lot of stairs to get to your apt. Communication with the site was fine, once I found the phone number ...
