"I've stayed at airport hotels before, but never one directly IN the airport terminal. I was a little worried about that initially, but it turned out to be a great experience. They checked us in right away with efficient and friendly service. Water was offered and we were helped with our bags. It was New Year's Eve and we fully expected to have nothing to do and to have to settle for mediocre food. We were happily wrong! Campo Verde, the hotel restaurant had fantastic food, with a versatile menu and beautifully plated dishes. They also had dinner options until 10:30 pm, but due to the holiday, stayed open until after midnight, where we brought in the new year with free champagne and well wishes from those in attendance. Kudos to Kevin, one of the restaurant managers , the chef and the rest of their team. The bed were comfortable, the entire hotel was very clean. Breakfast was on the go, but equally good. We were able to quickly walk to our terminal in the morning, with no delays or traffic! It was a surprisingly great experience! I would definitely stay there again!"

"We chose this resort for our first trip to Puerto Rico. It is a beautiful, clean resort. Service was top notch! Maria, who works in the hotel lobby bar, was wonderful! She was so helpful, personable, and you can tell she loves what she does! We stayed in an ocean front room with a balcony and the view of the ocean and beach was amazing!! The room size was adequate but the restroom was really small (that is the only complaint we have). There are several good restaurants on site, but is walkable to many local restaurants as well. Di Zucherro across the street has wonderful pizza. There is a Walgreens just around the corner which was convenient for buying snacks and drinks for the room. The pool area was very nice and they have complimentary water and popcorn daily. The beach is very clean and the sand is so soft to walk on. We loved our stay here and highly recommend this resort!!! We will definitely stay here again! "
