"Check-in had a hard time finding our reservation even though it was clearly shown in my confirmation. Hotel was beautiful and clean and the room was beautiful. Disappointed that the restaurant was closed at 11 PM as well as room service."

"Fabulous property! Exceedingly convenient location for our convention being held next door. The staff was very well trained, on point, helpful and warm. Check in was quick and efficient and the speed checkout was even easier. I had my statement by email within an hour of dropping off the keys. The room was excellent with a fabulous view of the CN Tower from our 24th floor window! The breakfast buffet was magnificent....something for everyone. We also stopped in for lunch at Azure and it was delicious. Unfortunately we weren't there long enough to use the other facilities but we will definitely return with pleasure."
