"The room was clean and contained all the basics. The TV reception was poor but we understand this is a local issue. The motel is well situated with a short drive to the township and local attractions."

"The hotel is at the corner of two highways. There is a lot of noise from road trains breaking and accelerating around the bend. There was no weather gap under the door which made things noisier. We were woken by tradies on either side of us heading out at 4am and 5am."

"Craig, the manager provided excellent customer service. Room was clean but really small, ok for one night but I wouldn't want to stay many more. Motel is on the main road and the cattle trucks seem to park right out the front, even at 1am! No flyscreens on the windows which I need as I'm a fresh air lover."

"Clayton the main man at the motel is a great bloke, runs an exceptional motel.Rest of his staff and cleaners are nice people.Parkings great with a decent security fence.I work at Avon Downs NT and our entire crew stayed there the evening of our Christmas Do. Rooms are allways clean and well presented.The Motel is walking distance to a lot of varied venues for eating out/entertainment.Im very likely to return to the Burke and Wills!!!"
