"Tried to cancel or reschedule about two weeks before our booking, but we were refused both. Was most disappointed that there was no ability to reschedule or for a partial refund. Based on my less than pleasant experience with the contact at Pacific Jemm & Expedia, even though I did not stay at the property, I paid for it, so I'm entitled to review it and I felt the correspondence was quite unpleasant.
