Not all rooms have a TV but clean & inviting, no electric blankets but speak to staff at reception & they'll help you out with a hottie"

"The property was kept at a clean and tidy condition. Less than 20-minute's drive to/from the airport and to/from the towncenter of Queenstown. There were excellent views from the lounge and bedrooms. The property must be accessed through an outdoor staircase of steel structure of about two storeys high from the carpark space. This requires additional efforts to take in/out large bagages. The property is highly recommended."

"The place wasn’t clean at all. Couch’s and rugs needed cleaning. No dish towels, not enough toilet paper, no way to communicate to the property owners other than through Expedia, They gave.us one lousy key. If we had lost that keys it would have been days before we got back in. Soap containers in the shower were half full. Ran out of towels and at least they gave us more. Two days no gas. Gas was turned off. No hot showers. No hot anything. Owner didn’t even mention a credit or discount...

"Exceptional staff (shout out to Max in particular). Room was spacious, amazing view, phenomenal shower pressure and loved the stroll along the lake to town or the option for the shuttle to and from. Truly amazing experience. Would stay again for sure and highly recommend to all! "

You do pay a premium for the magnificent view east of the lake and snowcapped mountains. Quality and comfortable bedding, lounge, dining area, and kitchen.
