"Nice clean room, comfortable bed, and good central location. Very helpful and friendly front desk staff. They picked up our luggage from the train and stored it until check in, which was great! I wish they offered hot coffee and tea in the lobby but otherwise great."

"There was no parking off street, the lot was full, but I get that, we had easy street parking. Was very disappointed/embarrassed that our room was given to someone else and I walked in on someone watching TV in the hotel room. The guy at the counter was super nice, put me in a different room, but ..."
