"The hospitality at the hotel was really good. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast selection was really good and tasty. It is very family friendly. My husband and I have travelled around a lot and this is one of our favourite hotel. The location is great and the metro station is only 7 mins walk. We hope to come back again and thank you so much. "It was quite difficult finding this hotel. Hopefully, clearer directions with pictures showing the way to the hotel ground floor entrance or to the 5th floor hotel lobby can be provided for guests booking this hotel. Other than this, the room was very comfortable and large which I liked very much. It was close to the mall below with lots of options for just about everything you need."

"Everyone is very friendly, the room is small but very clean. The breakfast is tasty with pumpkin porridges, eggs and many other dishes. You can walk to many scenic places of the West Lake. There are also good restaurants close by. Overall the service meets or exceeds the North American standards. "
