"Very clean, hotel staff were very friendly and helpdul"

"I checked in, the lady at the front desk was kind and professional but the room was dirty, the floor had crumbs from previos guests, and the worst part was the bathroom, which I realized a couple hours after checking in, the conditions of that bathroom are absolutely unacceptable and detriment. I immediately packed my things back, went downstairs and checked out, I told the manager I couldn’t stay because it was so bad, she said she was going to give me a refund, but it never happened, I’m still waiting for my refund. Terrible experience."

"We had to ask for another room because the one they gave us was sooo dirty. My skin was itchy because of the dust. The other room was not as dirty as the first one, but it was nasty too. The shower curtain had fungus, the bathroom door was dirty and broken, the sink also was horrible. The furniture is old and in bad condition. The front desk employee was not kind. Outside and the halls of the hotel were very dirty too. Everywhere you could smell Marijuana. I don't know if this rooms are in that condition because they are cheaper, the ones in front of the pool looked in a very good condition. It was a terrible experience and definitely I don't want to say there anymore, at least at that side of the hotel (road side)."

"I won’t stay there again ever if it was for free, cockroaches all over, the bathtub is unkept, the toilet was clogged up, when I reported it to the front desk they give me a plunger to fix it myself, I asked for the manager but they said she wasn’t there at the time!"
