Definitely would stay here again

Generally had a wonderful stay, the service was inconsistent but most of the staff were very helpful. The hotel was updated and clean but surrounding areas were in the process of redevelopment but easily accessible from the Rabat Agdal train station. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Staff is very welcoming, friendly. Location is idéal and safe. Breakfast buffet is basic. My friend was stick and we could not get something to eat outside breakfast hours, contrary to advertisement

5 star hotel with 3 star price ! Love it

5 star hotel with 3 star price ! Was really confy beds, modern decor, nice size shower and modern lcd tv with plenty of channels and great breakfast buffet and big nice bar. Walking distance from main train station (walk outside, go right, next big modern building says Ibis. Wont miss it).

Great vicinity to train station. Free parking

Easy to find right next to the train stain. You could hear the trains in your room but not loud enough to wake you or prevent you sleeping. Easy check in. Spoke limited English. Room comfortable and clean. Breakfast typical continental. Would i stay again? No as it was no where for walking distance really except station. Away from tourist things. However great if you want a train.

Checkin was m great, room was clean however the air conditioning did not work well. One bartender/server/room service attendant wasn’t nearly enough, but he tried his hardest!. Not having bottled waters in the room or vending machines on-each floors was very inconvenient.

The hotel is very conveniently located and affordably priced for all budgets. However, the check in was not as smoothly as expected. The front desk agent who checked me in was not as helpful as anticipated. This all changed later on that evening and the next day when two agents: Noufel and Faisal, who were extremely professional and very helpful. These two employees went above and beyond to make my stay well worth it. They helped me store and retrieve my heavy luggage, find local transportation, provided helpful information and made me feel better for choosing this property. Because of Noufel and Faisal, I will recommend and return to this hotel.
