"We were not told that this location had limited maid service only (offered only every 3 days). It was only upon asking on our 2nd night when we realized our room had not been given extra towels that we realized was not "changed over". When we did ask for extra towels or extra body wash, it was like asking for GOLD. She didn't have any additional face towels and no additional body wash. There was never any breakfast offered. "I will start by saying that property is bit far from the downtown area I had my business, but I am glad I chose this hotel. It is quiet, clean, comfortable (mattress could be better, but wasn’t too bad - a good night sleep is paramount in a hotel). The breakfast was fresh, hot but standard. A few things were missing - hot oats did not have standard condiments like almonds, raisin and brown sugar. But overall, staff is friendly. I will go there again, if I am in Pittsburgh. "Rooms is extremely outdated. Pillows are awful. Tv is too small. Bad smell inside the building. Parking lot is rough and full of potholes. And the water in the toilet would run every few second."

"We had stains on our carpet! There was cobwebs in the corners of the rooms and in the bathrooms ! The shower wasn't cleaned properly there was hairs on the shower walls! I left after the first day ! I'll be calling the main office ! This place needs a serious overhaul!"
