Even after I showed her all the confirmation details, she kept insisting there was nothing under my name. Eventually she located the reservation, and her attitude changed immediately—she became friendly and chatty.
Front‑desk staff should treat every guest or potential guest with courtesy and professionalism, regardless of any confusion with the system.
I do want to add that every other staff member we interacted with at the front desk was very friendly and helpful."
