"Room was ready and in perfect condition when I checked in. I needed help from the staff in the lobby a few times and they were incredibly kind, helpful, and funny. They give great recommendations on everything from where to go for food and/or drinks, give advice on how to get around on the motorized scooters without dying and were quick to grab me bandaids from the back after I cut up my heels doing a Spartan race. Everything about my stay here was great."

"Very friendly and responsive staff. We arrived a little earlier than check-in and room was ready. Hotel is in a great neighborhood, many higher-end boutique shops and restaurants. Bed was super comfy, AC worked well, ample lighting and outlets, quiet at night. A few minor issues noticed when we got to the room (no extra toilet paper, and bath towel was stained) were quickly rectified by hotel staff. The weather did not cooperate and we were unable to use the outdoor areas that looked very...

"Overall a great hotel. Breakfast was okay. Sausage patties were overcooked every morning of our stay. Fruit all the apples were cracked and did not look good to eat. Only other fruit was an orange. Biscuits were dried out. We decided out last morning to go eat breakfast somewhere else."

"The airport shuttle driver drove erratically but we made it safely to the hotel. However the staff at the front desk acted like they had never seen a traveler before and didn’t welcome us, didn’t make eye contact or even speak to us until I awkwardly stared at her-and we were the only people in the lobby. They gave us no quick run through of anything about the hotel except how to get to our room. She did offer us a cookie right before we walked away which was delicious, and the rooms and...
