The shower head was falling off the wall, shower leaked out into the washroom, carpets extremely dirty. The concierge was not helpful at all. We attempted to get a reservation through them at a Peking Duck restaurant and it was impossible. Felt like it was the first time they had ever heard about Peking duck. Very disappointing stay and definitely recommend spending your money somewhere else....

"The Breakfast was good. The staff was great. The location was ok for walking down town"

"Huge and cozy room, staff kept it clean. Healthy breakfast with different offerings being rotated, able to do laundry in the room, luxurious bathroom amenities provided."

"スタッフたち、優しい"

"This hotel is located in a historic district near the center of Beijing, which makes it very easy to get to some of the attractions such as the Forbidden City. The hotel also has a beautiful ambiance. It really resonates with the surrounding area. The staff was also friendly and helpful. My friend and I spent a great time there."

"Alles super geklappt! Die Lage war für uns super und der Host war immer direkt zur Hilfe. Wir würden wieder hier übernachten!"
