"This was a last minute booking due to a flight cancellation. There is no reception at the property but you can easily check in via self service. The rooms were average. "The rooms were clean and staff was helpful. Our only issue was at check-in. Although booked, paid in full prior to arrival by a month, and confirmed. The hotel did not have our reservation. They said sometimes their system drops Expedia reservations. This was a bit stressful as we had to prove payment with the confirmation email and our bank statement. Luckily they had rooms available and we were able to get what we needed at no additional cost. The stay went well other than the issue at check-in."
