"The room was clean, sizeable and the jetted spa bath absolutely superb. But that’s where it ends. We stayed in what was called the “modern” suite, a kitsch and garishly designed suite that was a far cry from “modern” in today’s standards. Where it really fell short was the experience and service. "Another excellent stay, the staff are very friendly and helpful, across the road is the Tides Hotel in the same ownership where you can dine, the food is first class with great staff I would strongly recommend staying here. "

"Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Bathroom did not have shampoo and toiletries replaced so had to use soap which was not ideal. Good parking and next to Anchor Lodge - great food and hospitality - highly recommend. Good view of marina but too cold to benefit so worked out quite expensive compared to other options"
