GRANDI POTENZIALITA'!!!

CON VENERE HO PRENOTATO UNA TIPOLOGIA DI CAMERA PIù ALTA DI QUELLA CHE MI HANNO ASSEGNATO. NON HO TROVATO CORRETTO CHE VENERE, NON ABBIA DETTO ALL'HOTEL DI ASSEGNARE LA CAMERA DELLA TIPOLOGIA PRENOTATA E NON UNA INFERIORE!

Incubo .... Per fortuna bella piscina e spa

non ci è mai successo di restare così delusi da un Hotel tra L altro classificato 5 stelle e per la qualità non ne merita più di 3. Mancano le cose basilari, mai vista colazione più misera, camera deluxe più che ridicola, ci sono Hotel non di lusso con camere migliori! Nella nostra non funzionava né il televisore ne L aria condizionata. Nota di merito la Spa e la piscina che salva la struttura . Consiglio : Non andateci perché resterete più che delusi

Purtroppo la mia valutazione è parziale in quanto ci ho dormito solo una notte. In compenso mi sembra buono in rapporto in quanto ho pagato (67).

Chi ben comincia....

Volevo inanzitutto fare i complimenti allo staff perchè al di là di tutto sono stati tutti molto gentili e professionali, la zona reception è molto bella e si vede che è frutto di un recente ammodernamento, purtroppo il resto(camere,zona spa) è ancora in fase di transizione quindi speriamo di poter tornare più in là magari in estate per poter sfruttare anche la piscina esterna.Peccato per la spa che manca completamente di una zona idromassaggio, percorso caldo freddo inesistente,sauna troppo secca e l'edificio è esterno al complesso quindi bisogna uscire,cambiarsi e rivestirsi...Peccato perchè i paesaggi e la zona attorno è bellissima (Sulmona e le gole di San Venanzio sono stupendi...) quindi credo che ci sia molto potenziale da sfruttare e che ci sia la volontà di farlo...pertanto in bocca al lupo a tutti speriamo di rivederci al più presto!!

Fantastisk personal i hjärtat av Abruzzo!

Hotellet är modernt med en spännande och smakfull design. Ca en och en halv timme från Rom med bil. Läget är perfekt om man vill besöka de vackra nationalparkerna som är belägna runt omkring och väldigt lättillgängliga. Hotellets SPA-avdelning såg väldigt fräsch ut men var inget vi använde oss av. Poolerna utanför var ännu inte i bruk. Vi var där mellan vinter och sommarsäsong i april, så det var få gäster. Personalen var fantastisk och fick oss verkligen att trivas. De servade oss med information om området och berikade verkligen vår vistelse. Det var rent och snyggt. Vi återkommer gärna och rekommenderar det gärna.
