The staff is very friendly and very willing to help and available!!! They even recognized me from a previous stay 😊!! The location is good too!! Several secure entrances that make it easier to get to your room and this large hotel!! Across the street from the mall is convenient, the key cards are a bit sketchy ours ended up not working to unlock the doors late at night, they had to replace it. Other than that the rooms are nice I wouldn’t mind staying here for a couple weeks
