We had a great stay here. Our flight was delayed and we didn’t get in until 2 am. Staff was absolutely amazing and so kind. My mom had a fall in her room around 6 am (she wasn’t hurt) but the front desk assembled a team to help her out. Later, another member of the front desk was so kind to my kids and me when we needed assistance with check out. The hotel was clean and comfortable but the staff made it a great stay!

The rooms were very clean. Breakfast was good. Because the hotel was close to the airport it was a bit loud with the airplanes but it was ver convenient for travelers.

This was a very clean, comfortable Fairfield Inn. The beds were comfortable. The only negatives were that the airplane noise was very loud (I know, it's an airport hotel, but honestly, they sounded like they were taking off in our room.) Also was not happy that the scrambled eggs were cold on the breakfast buffet.

It is time to retire the Plexiglas at the front desk. TV channel selection is bizarre. The generic remote does not work well with the cable selections. The facility is very well kept. Be aware that hotel is located at the RDU runway end can have some takeoff noise.

We arrive and were given a room that was not clean. We had to be moved to another room which was taken care of quickly. Staff was very apologetic. Our new room was clean but the light around the sink did not work which was annoying. Made it difficult for us to do our hair and makeup. Front desk was very apologetic and gave me 2000 reward points on my Marriott Bonvoy account.

Nice property BUTTTTT…directly underneath landing path, so roaring jets quite frequently until nearly midnight. And then they started back again around 5:00 a.m. Found a pair of black socks and used tissue on the floor under a chair and edge of bed from previous occupants when we arrived. Breakfast was good. Mini-Belgian waffle maker. Cheese omelets and scrambled eggs. Thin crisp bacon and sausage links. Oatmeal and cereals. Dairy items. Large clean area.

We arrived at 1 am after a long flight. Everything was ready for us and the desk staff was pleasant. My only complaint is that I had called the front desk earlier in the day to find out about the hotel shuttle picking us up at the airport. I was told that the shuttle ran every 30 minutes 24 hours a day. When I got to the airport, I called to see where to meet the shuttle and the desk clerk told me the shuttle quit running at midnight. I was tired and not happy to hear this. Staff should be better informed on this type of information.

NOT Handicap accessible

I booked this room specifically for the handicap features listed (grab bars near toilet and in shower, transfer bench for shower, etc) and upon checking in was told none of those features were in the room but they did exist in other smaller rooms. Our party then considered booking (2) rooms rather than one so that the handicapped person could have their needs met. But before booking we asked to see the other handicap rooms. Their was only one small grab bar but the toilet was not handicap height, it was short (standard) height. This was a major problem for our party. Our stay was only (1) night so we managed to manually life the handicapped person on and off the toilet but skipped the shower completely as their was no shower seat / bench. I am pretty sure it is illegal to not provide handicap accessibility and it was complete false advertisement on hotels.com part as there were full pictures of each handicap accessible feature in the room but again upon check in none were present. Aside from that horrible disaster the hotel overall was clean enough for one night. Bathroom/vanity area could be cleaner. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable and we had to ask for new sheets as the sheets on sofa bed didn't appear clean. We left early morning on airport shuttle which was on time but before any breakfast items were served. Being close to airport they should start breakfast earlier. I don't think we'd stay again. For the price ($180) the room features should have been as pictured.
