The front desk staff exhibited rudeness during my recent stay. Despite my request for keyless entry, the Front Office manager overlooked it. Additionally, when I inquired about a luggage cart, I was informed none were available. Despite spotting one nearby, the manager replied sharply, stating she would fetch it as I wouldn't be able to locate it beyond the desk area. I had considered retrieving the cart myself, but her dismissive attitude dissuaded me. I also mentioned not receiving my keyless entry information, which was well past the checkout time by over an hour. Upon entering the lobby later, I encountered a lengthy queue, to which the manager showed little concern, attributing it to a busy period. Overall, management seemed lacking, with the added disappointment of finding dirty bed sheets in the rooms.
