Staff had no idea what they were doing. Check-in staff, cleaning staff, parking staff, management, kitchen staff. What a mess of incompetence. Even after the manager promised to refund the parking fee and did not, even after I wrote her an email reminding me of her promise, still no refund. The current staff including managers should be fired our sent back to remedial training for at least a year.
