My first time at a LaQuinta, but booked it based on proximity to Raleigh airport and because I only needed the room for about 5-6 hours and so I went in with low expectations. However I will say that the staff was friendly and professional. The room itself was clean but clearly an older hotel and needs an upgrade. The bed was hard and so were the sheets. That was what I expected. What I didn’t expect was to leave the hotel at 3 am to catch my flight and find someone throwing up in the parking lot, and then see her shoeless friends coming out shortly behind her. I also didn’t expect to see what appeared like a work one with sawdust everywhere. Lesson learned. Next time I lay the few extra dollars and stay at another hotel. Staff was great though. They get five stars.

Hotel was overbooked when we showed up. We had a prepaid reservation for 5 nights and it took over an hour for them to get us a room it was after midnight before we were able to have a room.

It was close to the airport. Elevator was broken, no toilet paper holder in my bathroom, room tired and needed a good cleaning/painting. Fridge not on so I had to move furniture to get to the plug. Limited hours for the shuttle which caused a lot of stress. The night time desk clerks were rude and acted like they were doing you a favor by being there. The shuttle drivers were helpful even though the hours could have been a bit longer. Will find another place next time!

Though unable to check in at 8am after a 745 am airport arrival, the staff staff went above and beyond. They arranged for us to shower and clean up and we spent time swimming until room was ready. Don’t hesitate to stay here.

Very close to the airport, but somehow without the airport noise. Extremely affordable, and no nasty smells that can ruin even the nicest accommodations. Highly recommend!!!

The elevator to the fourth floor was broken, so they had us take a different elevator to the third floor and drag our luggage up two flights of stairs to get to our room. I understand they can’t help it if facilities are out of order but they could’ve at least offered to help us up the stairs with our six bags.

The cost I liked. The elevator didn't work. Forced to take stairs each time I left the property for the duration of my stay 🙃. Locked out of my room for no reason, entry cards needed reprogramming. No room house keeping services until after I checked out. Disappointing experience.
