I had to call the office 3 times before they did anything. Manager never on site we have asked numerous times times to speak with a Manager but always told she isnt here"

"The room smelled like cigarette smoke. Told the cleaners and sprayed a like air spray on the fabrics, well that helped for 2 minutes. Rude front desk when checking in and there were no dishes or utensils in the kitchen. My daughter and her husband were saying in another room and the person below them was smoking pot and the smell came up through the vent. The breakfast was not stocked and very little to choose from."

"I stayed at the Quality Inn Downtown Convention Center for seven days while attending the National Fencing Tournament with my daughter. Although this is not a luxury hotel, its location, convenience, and especially the friendliness of the staff exceeded our expectations. "The floor was not swept or vacuumed in the room, before we arrived. The shower was still dirty. There was only one towel when there were five of us guests booked. The bed spread was obviously the wrong size. It was clearly labeled with a Q for queen and not staying on the king sized bed. We had to go get the sheets and towels ourselves. There were no sheets or pillows for the pull out sofa. The outside balcony was covered in bugs. The stairwell smelled horribly of body odor."

"Arrived late, no one at front desk had to knock on door, lady sent her husband out he asked why I was there I obviously told him I had a reservation, after lady spoke to manager on the phone, he then walked me to my room which was hostel style and how disgusting that room was, cigarettes and tobacco littered the table, very trashy room, horrid smell.
