"Appartment very clean and well equipped the tv wasn't working properly and the water in shower was very hot and we couldn't turn temperature down location excellent for our needs reported shower and they dealt with . "I thought i had booked a luxury apartment for myself and grandchildren. What i actually booked was a dirty apartment which i cleaned before i would let the kids sit down, put anything in the fridge, make a drink ect. The paint is knocked off the walls. The bedding had holes in it. Luckily we took blankets of our own so we could put them on top of the beds and used the towels to cover the pillows.. "I wasn’t happy it’s not a real hotel but that was forgotten as soon as I walked in. Beautiful room with an amazing hot tub and fireplace. I could have spent the whole vaca here. I relaxed and slept well. Highly highly recommend and will stay here again for sure!"

Wonderful

"Had a brilliant stay at the Imperial. Parked up a couple of hours early, no problem leaving the car, got checked in with a lovely lady who was on Reception and just had to pick up our key following an afternoon in Blackpool. The building is full of history and the bar and entertainment room were lovely, as was the room. Just as friendly on checkout as well and will look forward to returning!"

"Had a lovely 2 night stay here and we're made welcome by the staff from the minute we arrived. The friendly and helpful service in all areas from reception to the restaurant and bar was fantastic and they should all be given praise for making our stay so good. We will definitely be back. 🙂"

"Beautiful place, nice staff. We loved the large pool, hot tub, and sauna. Very decent hot break-fast in the morning and our room was large and comfortable. Only thing that would have been nice is to have a bar fridge in our room. The intended space was there for it, but it wasn’t there. "

"This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and it was as enjoyable as the first stay. Staff very friendly, happy to accomodate any request, within reason. Very quite despite being very busy, great views of the lake and great location. Windermere Lake Cruises almost on the door step for getting out and about . Plenty of choice for breakfast and very good."
