The heating seemed uncontrollable and the staff tried to help but without effect. The bathroom is a wet room. There is nowhere to hang towels. The extractor fan is very weak. We were not aware of a parking charge before our arrival. Parking is limited with insufficient spaces. "

There were no coffee cups in the room, I did request these, but had to go and get from the restaurant a few hours later.
