"Stayed here for 3 nights and unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing. The location was much farther from attractions than expected around 30 minutes from Gatlinburg and close to 50 minutes from parts of Pigeon Forge depending on traffic which added a lot of extra driving each day. The condo itself was smaller than it appeared in photos and several parts of the furniture finishes and amenities felt cheaply done or poorly maintained. The overall unit lacked the comfort and quality...

"The first room my son was given was actually occupied. There were suitcases, clothes, shoes, toiletries. The second room we were given was not cleaned, there were footprints on the floor; a broom was outside our room. Water was dripping from the shower all night. You could also hear the pipes running. The worst part was the construction going on, and the everyday noise pollution. Breakfast was ok, but not much variety."

"It is a nice hotel, conveniently located, and very clean. We had everything needed for the stay, and the only odd thing was that the declared hours of operation of the cafe and bar did not match the real hours when we were there; they closed a couple of hours earlier in the evening."

"I took my kids to help me celebrate Mother’s Day. Friday night , I realized my comforter had a musty , body odor scent . The comforter was not clean AT ALL! I noticed the from desk , the only thing they did was come in and remade the bed. How I know ? I left the musty comforter in the closet and was left witout a comforter and only sheets. Even though I brought my own face towels , their face towels were as dingy …I was disgusted ! I definitely won’t re-book this hotel ."

"The room is a decent size but lacks drawer space. The bed was a bit too hard for me, although my husband liked it. The shower was a nice size but had low water pressure. The room was quiet and kept cool. My biggest complaint was the parking situation. I understand the intention of maximizing space, but the parking spots are extremely tight and difficult to navigate, especially when people do not pull all the way forward or have larger vehicles. The management even had a sign advising guests to...

"This Howard Johnson's is now run by Best Western, and seemed to be intertwined with at least one other hotel, and was a little confusing. Once we found we could park in the tiny lot in the back, where our room was, it was super easy to get in and out. Everything was clean and it's only a couple blocks to walk to town."

"The property is older but well maintained. The rooms and property were clean. The property is conveniently located and easy to find. All in all, enjoyed our stay and will definitely book here again."
