"Property was clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. It was nice to have breakfast included. Decorations were nice and common outside verandah and indoor lounge area with coffee machine and pool table were lovely too. Easy check in and nice secure and safe feel. Very short stroll to water front and cafes and pubs. Building is a little older but very good value for money. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Walking distance from Kings Cross station (a few stairs though)"

"The motel is somewhat dated, but for the price this was a bargain. The staff were very helpful, and the location to train and bus transport makes it an excellent choice. The fact that there is also a limited amount of free onsite parking for guests is also a very rare find in inner Sydney. Breakfast is also included. The only issue is noise from the main road outside, but this is also a fact of life in a big city."

"The room was large and unexpectedly quiet. The bed was comfortable, and the split aircon was very helpful. Generally though, there was not much 'love' given to the rooms or the environment at the hotel. The low price is therefore totally justified."

"The staff were loverly.The bed needed a new base.The toilet could have had a railing. Outside our room was a storage room with junk in it curtains or something where you couldn’t see in would of made it a lot tidier."

"The room was at the end of a dingy, battered hallway, not like it's advertised. It felt like a backpackers.
Linen was clean and the bathroom was hygienic but it was very dated and cheap.
Apologies but I won't be staying again."
