"We had a lovely 2 x night stay. Our room was very spacious with good A/C, a good shower with plenty of hot water. Comfortable huge bed. Very clean too. Swimming pool was fabulous very clean and beautifully lit up in the evening , lovely garden, eith lots of outside seating dotted around. Pool towels available. Staff were helpful. We had dinner the first night delicious grilled fish cooked to order. Breakfast was buffet style, local cuisine very nice and lots of choice, you can ask for several options of eggs if you want something different. The location was good not far from the harbour. I would definitely suggest hiring a driver or tuk tuk for the day and pop out to see some sights eg Elephant Beach and Radhanagar Beach especially this one it's beautiful and a blue flag so it's clean from rubbish. Negatives :- Our room was lovely but had a strange smell in the bedroom if I was staying longer I would have asked to move rooms but we only stayed 2 x nights so it was tolerable. Just keep the A/C on. The bar was lacking in drinks huge menu but quite alot not available. The pool bar is not used any more. The beach was disappointing it's very pretty with turcoise water and white sand but no sunbeds and lots of rubbish, it would be a good idea to have a member of the staff clean it on a daily basis and provide some beds, this would help with ratings. The price is a little steep as there is definitely room for some maintenance and general up keep of the resort. "

The location was perfect — close to restaurants and shops, yet still quiet and relaxing at night. Housekeeping did a great job, and I appreciated the attention to detail throughout the property. Overall, it was a stress-free and enjoyable stay. I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service. "
