Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e personale ottimo.

Locale molto confortevole e tranquillo. Il personale è eccellente e molto cordiale. La struttura non è modernissima ma in compenso il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo. Ci ritornerei ad occhi chiusi. Stavo in viaggio con la famiglia e mi serviva un hotel solo per farmi una doccia e dormire.

I titolari sono stati gentilissimi e ci sono venuti incontro per un problema che abbiamo avuto con nostra figlia. Inoltre, il ristorante "La Sosta", oltre che comodissimo, è anche di un alto livello e non troppo dispendioso.

L'hotel classificato 4 stelle, forse neanche 2. Proprietari abbastanza disponibili. Esterni in totale abbandono, giardino incolto. Nella camera forse pavimento rifatto, bagno ko. Mancava spazzolino del water, lavabo completamente rovinato. Sarebbe una bell 'hotel se ristrutturato.

Attenzione, il numero di "stelle" e la descrizione della struttura mandano in errore: la piscina è in disuso da alcuni anni, il frigo bar è in disuso, lo stato generale risale ad alcuni decenni addietro. A mio parere si scelga solo per posuzione ed eventuale economicità, non per altro

Accoglienza calda, familiare e comoda.

Struttura vicinissima all'uscita Serre di Rapolano e strategica sia per vivere una bella giornata alla terme, che per fare il tour della Val d'Orcia. Gestione familiare marcata dalla cortesia e dall'accoglienza calorosa. Anche se lo stabile non è nuovissimo è molto curato e ci sono degli angoli bellissimi con piante di tutti i tipi, opere d'arte artigianale e un'atmosfera calda e rassicurante. Il ristorante della struttura, aperto anche agli esterni, è di ottima qualità e ha un'offerta di prodotti toscani ben al di sopra della media dei ristoranti turistici che si possono incontrare lungo la Val d'Orcia. Consigliatissimo per le famiglie, ma anche per viaggi di lavoro.
