"Easy access to the restaurant"

"Great location "

"Most of the amenities were not available. The Swimming pool was out of order, ice machine out of order, gym equipment not good, there were only dumbbells and no other machines that were versatile. Other than that quiet area, able to nicely rest and clean suite. The heating / cooling system was also good. "

"This hotel was actually so nice, great size room, really clean, helpful staff, good location, and free breakfast! Couldn't have asked for a better stay."

"I would have given 5 stars but the alarm went off at 6 am. I thought I turned it off but then it went off again. I called the front desk to find out how to turn it off and no one picked up. Alarms should be turned off my housekeeping so guests can Allie and retaken by previous guests alarms. It’s not right."

"The hotel was garbage, but the young man Adam at the front desk was wonderful. He was trying to do his best to help us out. The room was mediocre. There was no air conditioning. There was no plug in the bathtub for the kids to have a bath. There are no toothbrushes at the front desk. Ice machine was broken. The voice was a piece of garbage."

"The hotel was great. We got in a little early, asked if the room was ready, they told us not until 3. We didn’t get into our room until closer to 5pm. They did however comp us a half a day. But waiting around with two toddlers was a lot. Thankfully we had family who were also staying in the same hotel, and allowed us to hang out in their room until ours was ready. We didn’t plan to use the pool, but the first day we got there it was closed. Which had we planned for it would have been an...

"The room and bathroom were in need of repair. The shower had ants crawling on the tile. The shower tile was dirty."

"My stay here was amazing. Lilly provided incredible customer service. She is the epitome of exceptional front desk staff. The hotel and room was fresh and new. Well kept. I will definitely stay here again!"

"This hotel has the potential to be really nice. Breakfast is good, pool was ok. Kids aren’t allowed in the hot tubs and the water was very cloudy. The atrium is pretty with the plants but not well maintained. The rooms are so dark and dingy and not well cleaned. Stains on everything. Also I asked to purchase coffee at 7pm and was told there’s no coffee on the whole property at that hour and was directed to the Wawa across the very sketchy parking lot and street."
