The toilet in the bathroom was leaking water from god knows where, to the point that in the morning the bath mat was drench. "This is a beautiful property, very central to most tourist attractions and not far from the airport. We've stayed in Phuket a lot and cannot recommend this property highly enough. Its beautifully designed and set out. The rooms are awesome especially if you have pool access. There is a great restaurant on site, very reasonably priced with a good variety of choices. The staff were extremely helpful and we loved our stay here."
