The staff were so friendly at this property The rooms were spacious. The bathroom was great but it did have the hot afternoon sun streaming through the window Everything was within walking distance a real gem of a place The complimentary breakfast was amazing. Delightful staff here who were very helpful. Hotel's situation is most convenient for exploring the treasures of Ravenna. Spotlessly clean. If anything, it looks slightly tired around the edges. Nice garden which could be developed more but presently home to agressive mosquitoes.

The decor was a little dated but everything else was great. Excellent walking distance to the UNESCO sites. Our tour was easy to arrange. Restaurants were easy access and the food was great. The outdoor space was very inviting in the square. Lots of activity and friendly staff. Maybe not a 5 star hotel but it more than met our needs.

We stayed here for 2 nights before a cruise. Loved this property. Was convenient for us to shop and dine in Ravenna and walkable to the train station! The room was spacious and clean. We loved the outdoor garden area for sitting with a drink at night. I had a travel party of grandmother/mom/grandson and we all loved the experience! Would highly recommend.
