"AC wasn’t working, got to swap rooms. In the new room the shower didn’t work. The biggest downside was all the mosquitoes. I counted 10+ on my bathroom mirror and they kept me up all night. "

"Great experience overall. The Rawai area was excellent with lots to do in close proximity to the location of this place. Many decent restaurants within walking distance and the local market was very close. There was a really nice beach on the east coast within a 15 minute walk as well. The units were well maintained with nice little touches like free water, snacks, coffees/teas, etc. The pools were nice and the property was well secured. "The property once entered was very well groomed and the suite was immensely clean. The bed was terribly hard, felt like we were sleeping on a box spring. The staff was friendly and the pool area was very nice. The shower water was not warm or hot. "

"Ize checked us in and helped out us out tremendously!! Something happened with our room so for the hassle she gave us a suite! It was modern with an upstairs and a beautiful view! She made our stay :) They also had a waterpark for the kids so we will be back when we come back for family vacation! "
