Requested early check in and room wasn't ready. booked two rooms and they were on different floors. Expedia called me on 04.29.2022 and had to switch my reservation to the Hampton in Reading, my experience was horrible. The bathroom had grit stuck to the bathroom tile.

Checking in was good. Once we got to the room it was dirty, tub was filling up as you showered, never had room service, and everyone I went down stairs to question about the room and service no one was ever at the front desk. The pool was indoor but, the room it was in was so cold. Seem like the heating system was not working. All and all I was very disappointed in my service with this hotel, it was never like that when it was the crown plaza.

The property was clean, however the bed was terrible and since Covid we have been to multiple hotels and they do not have breakfast. Which is such a shame. Most places around do not serve breakfast and most don’t open till 11:00am. Only issue no breakfast.

Urine soaked carpet. Request for blanket not fulfilled. Invisible front desk staff or management. This is a property converted from Crown Plaza which had no exterior signage change. Worst hotel visit ever.

The room was okay i know it’s just got new owners but some of the furniture especially the room chair needs to be updated The parking lot needs a lot of work too we went out to eat breakfast because the prices at the hotel were not user friendly plus there is no handicap access to the lower lot if the upper area for handicap people is full Probably will not stay there again and they need to drop the 50 dollar hold on your bank account visa card

Horrible is an understatement!

This hotel is outdated and so loud. You can hear everything, conversations, bad plumbing, heaters and much more from your room. The beds are uncomfortable and they claim to have upgraded us but our room was terrible. Our daughter had to sleep on a pullout couch that was so uncomfortable she had back problems in the morning (she is 14). It was so bad we didn't stay our second night.

Great place to stay!

Fast and efficient check-in (thanks, Jack). Quiet property, but I was one of very few guests the weekend before Thanksgiving. Be aware that the signage on the building may still reflect "Crowne Plaza" not Radisson. If you're looking for a Radisson you may end up going around the block a couple times like I did.

On 3 days they did not come to change towels. No laundry facilities in the hotel. I know Radisson just bought the hotel.

It was overall ok in the room. Clean as expected. Front desk service was great. Breakfast was a bit confusing. It didn’t show any price on their breakfast while we walked in. So we expected breakfast is included. We have 2 adults and one kid, my daughter only ate one mini pancake. As we walked out, they handed us a bill. It charged $15 per person. I was quite shock about the price even for a 6 years old kid.
