"Nice stay for the evening. Central location, rooms were clean, many power and USB charge points in the room and staff were friendly and welcoming. Areas to improve: - room cards kept getting de-magnetised. Need to pop down to reception multiple times. - room toilet fixtures should be updated. A bit nitty but tap in my room was positioned pretty awkwardly to use. "

"Clean, nicely decorated room. Very comfortable bed, excellent pillows, good quality floor coverings. Could have done with at least one chair. The building work detracts from the offering but at least that’s not permanent. The filtered water tap is a nice addition, as is the coffee pod machine. Only small downsides: too few towels, no sweeteners, only three hangers. "

"Lovely girl on check in desk. We were early but she accommodated us straight away. Room spotless and very comfortable. Fabulous shower."

"Only stayed one night, didnt use the bar or car park, we didnt have the breakfast which was pricy. The reception staff were helpful. We were on the 14th floor, the room was cold and very basic, it had 2 bath towels, shower gel, tea/coffee, good lift. Overall no complaints. "

"This is my second time staying here and has always been very good. It was still good, but I was disturbed alot by the neighbour next door talking incredibly loudly on his phone. Also, I would have liked to not receive an email the day before I am due to check out, asking me to check out online. I think it takes away from your experience of being away if it feels like the hotel is rushing you to check out. "

"Lovely hotel, excellent service and all staff so friendly and helpful. My husband uses a wheelchair and the hotel was generally pretty wheelchair friendly. No accessible rooms as such with grab rails etc. However, after speaking to a very helpful person at reception before booking, we booked a room with level access. It's a shame there's a huge step up to the shower, so my husband struggled with that. These rooms could be made accessible relatively easily if wanted. If that was done, we'd be happy to return as everything else was fantastic!"
