"It was just ok. Location was excellent for us which is a big plus but let down by poor communications (no response to phone calls or emails at all). Check in instructions were sent, but after check in time. "It's conveniently located with plenty of affordable dining options and markets nearby. It's a nice 30-minute stroll to the city center or to the Thames River. The 2 bedroom place itself was nicely remodeled. The city could do a better job maintaining the sidewalks."

"We stayed for 2 nights in the ground floor garden apartment. Accomdation very spotless and had all we need to make our stay extremely comfortable. Really happy with the quality of bedding and towels, plus nice touch to have milk and water in fridge and small bottles of shower gel shampoo and body cream in the bathnroom. "The apartment was clean and tidy and comfortable. The outside area is scruffy and overgrown, bit of an eyesore. Annoying the tv wouldn't load any terrestrial channels, so unless you have Netflix or Prime, you've nothing to watch in the evenings. Because there's no reception, the process of finding out how you get into the place is a bit protracted.
