"I wish we had known renovations were happening during our stay. Fortunately, we didn't need to nap during rhe day- pounding and drilling and whatnot going on all around us.
The pool wasn't open, which made sense, but still wasn't labeled as seasonal (late April in the South)
The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast on time and well managed. Waited at the desk because our keys didn't work the 2nd day for about 10 minutes without a bell or any way to contact staff.
Always a plus when there's a bathtub, as the hot tub wasn't available

"It was a nice clean place but the breakfast room needs room! No place to sit and eat. There is one table with 8 chairs. That is not enough. We had to eat in our room. One by the desk and one on the bed. Not a good situation at all!"

"I was in town for Karen Wheaton Conference at The Ramp for my first time. I was extremely pleased with the Kind and friendly customer service, I was pleased with the breakfast and room was very clean housekeeping kept my room clean very safe environment no worries. I will be Staying here again in the future "

"The room and accommodations were as described prior to booking. The location and area was quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was fresh and the room was very clean even though we do extra wiping with disinfect and sanitary wipes. The staff was remarkably helpful and friendly. Everything we needed to accomplish was within a 5 miles radius, even the local Walmart. Thank you and we'll be returning again hopefully in October. "

"One of the mattresses was v-shaped, sagging in the middle. I was disappointed we had to keep asking for 3 days for room to be cleaned up and towels replaced. Staff was courteous."
