"We loved our time at the Longleaf Hotel. Our room was spacious and clean. Comfortable bed. We liked the lounge; and the outside courtyard was wonderful to enjoy our cappuccinos in the morning! Staff is awesome! Friendly and helpful! Great location. We hope to stay here again in the future!"

"Around 25 minutes after arrival there were two what Google called carpet beetles. They were tiny. Then around an hour later when we returned with food two roaches came from under the microwave and then one was crawling on the wall by the night stand. We notified the front desk who offered another room, on the same floor. Upon inspecting that room before unpacking again...there were a couple of dead bugs in the room and a spider in the window. There was also an alive spider in the bed. We informed the front desk that we were leaving and was told to request a refund through Hotels.com. That process was completed only to be notified Red Roof Inn declined the request for a refund. We sent pictures as proof as well. Very dissatisfied with this booking. "
