However, the person in charge of the room refused to honor the breakfast with the excuse that the booking was for a "standard room", even when Expedia stated that the "English Breakfast" was included. "We had a lovely one bedroom apt with a pool and ocean view . They on a hill that we walked up and down most days but they have a free shuttle if you dont want to walk . There is a gym and pool on a higher level and they have a 3d pool down by their beach. There is a ramp over sheraton road and an elevator that takes you down to the 3d pool and the beach with lounges that are free for guests . The apartment was clean, comfortable and equipped with several convenient amenities. "Communication with property manager Merna was terrible. She would not provide the property address and the QR code, as she ignored our messages and tantalized us. We had to wait in front of the apartment door to access the key instead of providing everything ahead of time. She urged us to cancel which means we would lose our money. We felt disrespected from her rude treatment."
