"The two beds on room 112, the mattress's were collapsed near the side and head making for a horrible sleep. This was by far the worst experience ever and will ensure never to stay again and announce it on social media. I feel like we were penalized for having a pet. Appears all the discarded mattresses were dumped in the pet friendly rooms. "

" Breakfast was excellent. Staff were wonderful. Unfortunately we were inconvenienced by our key cards not working on the second night. Other than that everything was perfect "

"The indoor restaurant was good, pool was good. Rooms were clean. We has a shower in our room that would shut off as soon as the water was warm. Staff couldnt get it fixed. Had to wait until next day to switch rooms."

"Elevator wasn’t working and had to walk up to 3rd floor with a lot of luggage between my wife and I. Would’ve appreciated some assistance but I guess that cuts into profit too much to have some extra help on hand to assist guests when your elevator doesn’t work. "

"We arrived tired and found this to be a welcoming and inviting place. The hotel is up to date and provided some extras that were thoughtful and tasteful. Close to the airport but no irritating noise. The lounge had a talented dueling piano group-enjoyable!"
